Cadence

* Select Cadence as the Character.
* Use Single-Character Mode for Any%, "Shortcut", 6-Instrument, AB&C, and All Floors.

All Barriers & Castles

Play through a whole-Hyrule mode, but do all of the following before defeating the final boss:

* Collect all 6 instruments
* Open both Hyrule Castle barriers (Present & Future)
* Unlock the Future Hyrule Castle square portal (the one that returns you to the beginning of FHC dungeon and the grey seer's diamond potion shop that also contains the death shop Heart Containers)

No Restrictions

All glitches are allowed.

[RT] Regular timing

On the New Game screen, set both Fixed Beat and Double-Time to Off. This is the default timing setting.

Non-Permadeath

On the New Game screen, select Permadeath Mode = Off.

Mystery Mode

On the New Game screen, select Mystery Mode = On.
