100% (Seeded) Rules
Complete 100% of the Story Mode using any Seed you wish by doing the following:
- Visit every square on the map
- Activate every Sheikah Stone
- Visit every cave (acquire the checkmark on the map for each cave)
- Acquire all 4 Gears
- Kill every Deku Scrub/Obtain every Deku Seed
- Open all Blue Chests (excluding Dungeon Compass and Map Chests)
- Fill your inventory's permanent item slots with every item in the game (including Great Bow and all 4 extra Arrow types, Magic Boomerang, Longshot, Mirror Shield and all 6 Scrolls).
- Acquire the Bomb Bag and Quiver
- Obtain all 7 Base Weapons
- Obtain all 7 Legendary Weapons
- Max out your Hearts (16 total) and Stamina
- Unlock all 4 playable characters
- Defeat all Story Bosses
100% Run Submission Rules
After completing the run, go back to the Main Menu and select "Continue" and select the file of the run you just completed.
When submitting a run, you are required to do EXACTLY the following:
- Show your inventory to prove you have collected every item required. Please show the Arrow types by clicking on the Great Bow in your menu and scrolling through them. Show Caladbolg, Eli's Great Shovel, and Royal Rapier by selecting Link, Cadence, and Zelda at the Sheikah Stone. Also show that you have acquired all of the base weapons, including the Base Longsword, Greatshovel, and Rapier on each character.
- Show your completed map by taking the blue teleports back to "Present Hyrule." Please keep your map open for at least 5 seconds, and please make sure that nothing is blocking anything on your map (webcam, sponsor banners, etc.).
- If you defeat Ganon, but forgot anything from the requirements, you will have to go and correct this, then go back and defeat Ganon again. The run must absolutely end on the "You Win!" screen followed by your verifications mentioned above.
Please include the time-stamps of when you acquired the Quiver and Bomb Bag in the description.
The seed name must be shown in the video and included in the description when submitting a run.
General Rules
- All runs must start on a New Game
- Modifiers are not allowed unless otherwise specified
- Timing is based off the In-Game Timer
- Top 5 runs require Video
- Non-Video submissions are only allowed in Any%
- CaHOOT runs need to select the "Race" Type
- The use of 2P is banned outside of any 2P category
- Boots of Speed are banned in all categories
All glitches are allowed.
All runs submitted here must be played on v1.4.0 or later. The use of an emulator is not allowed.
On the New Game screen, set both Fixed Beat and Double-Time to Off. This is the default timing setting.
On the New Game screen, select Permadeath Mode = On.
On the New Game screen, select Mystery Mode = Off.
If you have the Symphony of the Mask DLC installed, completing 100% of a Story Mode seed also requires the following:
* Collect 2 more A/X/B/Y items: the Megaton Hammer and the Magic Cape.
* Collect 2 more bottles (total = 5).
* Collect the Bongos and Synth instruments in Future Hyrule.
* Unlock Skull Kid
* Collect all 6 of Skull Kid's masks.
* Collect the Medallion of Courage from the gold chest in the Gerudo Arena lobby.
* You may choose to fight Skull Ganon instead of regular Ganon to reach the You Win screen.
Verification steps remain the same since the masks are visible along the bottom.
